Customer Service Representatives for our Order Solutions Campaign – Temporary Work from Home 

We are now hiring for Temporary Work from Home Customer Service Representatives for our Order Taking Solutions Campaign.

The work is exciting - and we make it fun! You will be taking incoming carryout order calls in a virtual call center setting for some of the largest restaurants in the United States. PLEASE

Minimum Qualifications

  • Must be Tech Savvy

  • Must have excellent English communication skills

  • Can work in a fast-paced environment, keen to details and highly skilled in using a computer

  • Must be amenable to work on shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays

  • Must be 18 years old and above

  • At least High School Graduate

  • Must have the equipment to work - from - home

  • Must have a quiet space and closed-door room at home, there should be no distractions during the working hours

Technical Requirements:

  • Must provide your own Computer

  • Internet Connection - Direct wired connection. Minimum of 25 Mbps download and 10mbps upload of DSL, Fiber Optic, or Cable (no dial-up, satellite, and mobile broadband connections)

  • Windows 10 Desktop or laptop current on all security updates

  • High-quality noise-canceling wired USB headset

  • Webcam

  • Free space – 5 GB

  • Processor speed – Dual Core @3 GHz or better OR Quad Core @2GHz or better

  • Must be using AMD or INTEL Processor with Dual Core 2 GHz or better

  • Macbook, Chromebook and Snapdragon processors are not accepted

  • RAM Required – 4 GB

  • Anti-Virus – Full versions of Windows Defender or Essentials
