BPO Call Center Representative

Job Purpose:

Outbound Sales / Collections Agents – Will provide Customer Service and Sales Support to one of the broadcasting American company in the US. Meet pre-determined sales and customer satisfaction targets. Not cold calling.

Skills / Qualifications

  • Preferably with at least a minimum of 6 months BPO experience in sales or collections

  • Excellent communication skills.

  • Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply

  • At least High School Graduate

  • Willing to work in McKinley Hill, Taguig City

  • Up to 20,000++ (Basic Pay + Allowance) plus up to 15,000 monthly incentives / commissions

LEVEL 1 – INBOUND SALES REPRESENTATIVE

Will provide retention / inbound sales support to a major US Telco Account.
Qualifications:

  • With at least a minimum of 6 months BPO experience preferably in a TELCO and SALES programs

  • Excellent communication skills. * MUST SCORE B2 in Berlitz

  • At least High School Graduate

  • Willing to work in McKinley Hill, Taguig City

  • Up to 24,000++ (Basic Pay + Allowance) plus up to 15,000 monthly incentives / commissions

LEVEL 2 – CUSTOMER SALES SUPPORT

Will provide Customer Service and Sales Support to one of the largest telecommunications company in the US. Must be able to meet pre-determined sales and customer satisfaction targets.
Qualifications:

  • With at least 2 years of SOLID BPO experience

  • With at least 1 year of Sales experience (preferably within the BPO setting)

  • Preferably with SME / Supervisor position under Sales Operations Team

  • Excellent communication skills. * MUST SCORE C1 OR OVERALL B2 IN BERLITZ

  • At least High School Graduate

  • Willing to work in McKinley Hill, Taguig City

  • Up to 29,000++ (Basic Pay + Allowance) plus up to 13,000 monthly incentives / commissions

LEVEL 3 - AGENT / ACCOUNT RESOLUTIONS MANAGER

Is responsible for handling / managing escalated accounts and dealing with telecom regulatory bodies in the US.
Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2 years solid voice call center experience

  • Preferably with 2 years SME / Supervisor / QA position work experience

  • Excellent communication skills. * MUST SCORE C1

  • No more than 2 jobs in last 2 years

  • Preferably with B2B experience

  • Willing to work in McKinley Hill, Taguig City

  • Up to 45K++ (Basic + non taxable allowance) excluding other incentives
